The EveryONE Initiative aligns the vision of Crossroads around four key areas: Our One, Facility Safety & Infrastructure, First Impressions, and Next Generation Leadership.
Who Is Our “One”?
Our “One” is someone in our everyday life who is not actively following Jesus—someone in our local community for whom we intentionally make space in our lives.
Our One is not a project, but a person—a friend we invest in with time, care, and prayer. As followers of Jesus, we are called to make disciples. Identifying our One is a simple, intentional step toward building relationships where we can share the love of Christ.
Who is your One? Pray for them. Walk through life with them.
Facility Safety & Infrastructure
We want to steward our building well by creating a safe and functional environment for everyone. Plans include:
Installing panic hardware on main entry doors
Adding safety film to windows in children’s areas
Replacing an aging elevator and furnace
Paving the gravel drive to the pavilion
Renovating the original entrance to prevent water damage
First Impressions
We want every person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed and valued. Updates include:
Refreshing the main entrance
New landscaping around the church grounds
Replacing and improving our exterior signage
Next Generation Leadership
God is bringing many young families to Crossroads, and we want to invest in what He is doing. We plan to add dedicated pastoral leadership to disciple children, students, and families—raising up the next generation to follow Jesus and lead well.
